1. Purpose

Formali is a form submission endpoint and dashboard. This policy exists to protect the service and other users. If you violate it, we may suspend or terminate your account.

2. Prohibited uses

• Spam, phishing, or any deceptive content.
• Malware distribution or attempts to compromise systems.
• Illegal content or activities.
• High-volume abuse (automated flooding, scraping, brute force attempts).
• Using Formali to collect sensitive data without appropriate safeguards (e.g., passwords, payment card data, medical data) unless explicitly permitted by Formali.

3. Fair use for “unlimited”

Plans marketed as “unlimited” are subject to fair use and abuse prevention. We may enforce technical limits to keep the platform reliable (rate-limits, temporary blocks, request validation).
