Formali is a digital service available at formali.acdworks.com.
Optional (do not fill unless applicable): if you have a French company registration number (SIRET) and/or EU VAT number, you may add them here. Do not display them as real values unless you are registered.
Plan details and prices are shown on the Subscription page before payment.
You order a subscription online from your Formali account. The contract is formed when payment is validated through Stripe and an order confirmation is displayed.
Prices are displayed before payment on the Subscription page and/or in the Stripe interface. Amounts are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Depending on your situation (B2C/B2B, country, tax rules), taxes may apply. The final payment summary shown at checkout prevails.
Payments are processed by Stripe (payment service provider). Formali does not store your card details. Invoices/receipts and certain billing actions may be available through Stripe.
If a free trial is offered, its duration is shown before payment (on the Subscription page and/or in the Stripe interface). At the end of the trial, the subscription becomes paid and auto-renews unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account (Subscription page), or by contacting support.
Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining time in the current period.
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge. Until payment is resolved, access to paid features may be suspended, the subscription may be canceled, and/or your account may be downgraded to the free plan.
If you are a consumer (B2C) buying at a distance, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the order date.
Formali is a digital service and access is provided immediately after purchase. By confirming your order, you request immediate performance of the service during the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw during the 14-day period after requesting immediate performance, you may have to pay an amount proportional to the service already provided up to the date of withdrawal (i.e., time used in the current billing period). No penalty applies beyond that proportional amount.
Send an email to aminchebbipro.com with: (1) your account email, (2) order date, (3) the plan concerned, and (4) a clear statement that you withdraw.
“I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for the Formali subscription purchased on [date], linked to the email [email].”
This withdrawal right does not apply to professionals (B2B), except where mandatory rules provide otherwise.
No refunds by default. All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for unused time, plan downgrades, or cancellations (including mid-cycle cancellations).
When a refund is legally due, it is processed without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days after we validate the request, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Nothing in these Sales Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
